How does the AI quoting engine handle complex assemblies?
HEX's vision-language model processes multi-page drawing sets, identifies parent-child relationships between parts, and extracts data at the assembly level. Tolerance stacks and material alternates are handled automatically.
Do I have to change my workflow?
No. We believe in zero-friction intake. You simply CC or forward your customer RFQ emails to a secure HEX address, and we automatically extract, organize, and present the structured data to you.
Is my data secure? Do you support ITAR?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our Enterprise plan includes ITAR/DFARS-compliant infrastructure with FedRAMP-authorized hosting, access logging, and strict data residency controls.

What happens if I exceed 500 RFQs on the Job Shop plan?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade to Production Facility at any time, or purchase additional quote packs at $0.50 per quote. We never cut off access mid-month.
