HEX automatically parses incoming emails, unpacks CAD files, and extracts geometric tolerances so estimates can begin immediately without manual data entry.
Do I have to change my workflow?
No. We believe in zero-friction intake. You simply CC or forward your customer RFQ emails to a secure HEX address, and we automatically extract, organize, and present the structured data to you.
Is my data secure? Do you support ITAR?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our Enterprise plan includes ITAR/DFARS-compliant infrastructure with FedRAMP-authorized hosting, access logging, and strict data residency controls.
